At Ho&Bros, safeguarding our products, services and customer privacy is our top priority. Our professional teams continuously monitor networks and systems for risks. Even with rigorous protection measures, security loopholes may occasionally occur. If you identify any vulnerabilities across our platforms, please get in touch. We will collaborate closely with you to investigate and fix issues promptly, and appreciate you sharing relevant details with our team.
To avoid exploitation of unaddressed vulnerabilities, please follow the rules below:
- Submit your report via the form below to our IT team. Anonymous submissions are supported. For encrypted communications, please use our PGP key and send emails to marketing@ho-brostech.com.
- Include comprehensive details to help us resolve the issue efficiently, such as detailed descriptions, IP addresses, system logs, reproduction steps and screenshots.
- Refrain from disclosing information about the vulnerability to any third party until the issue is fully remediated.
- Do not exploit the identified vulnerability. Any misuse will result in appropriate legal action.
We will respond to all valid vulnerability reports within 2 business days. Together, we will agree on a reasonable remediation timeline and arrange coordinated public disclosure where applicable.
