Job Description
- Develop customers through various channels, formulate sales plans, and ensure the achievement of sales targets for the responsible region.
- Conduct overseas market research and analysis, monitor market demand and industry trends, identify market opportunities, and implement regional sales strategies.
- Participate in domestic and international exhibitions, explore markets, and pay proactive visits to customers.
- Follow up on inquiries from potential customers, develop new products and new clients, fully participate in and assist customers in testing, contract signing and other document execution.
- Process orders from newly developed customers, cooperate with the customer service team to complete internal order-related work including order review and feedback.
- Maintain existing customers with regular communication and visits; promote and sell new products to existing customers.
- Be responsible for customer reception, including receiving visiting customers and clients at overseas exhibitions.

- Experience in independently developing customers and face-to-face sales.
- Strong initiative, learning ability and stress tolerance.
- Experience living or working in a multicultural environment, or proficiency in a second foreign language is preferred.
Overseas Technical Support Engineer

Job Description
- Communicate with relevant customer departments to clarify and complete customer requirements, produce accurate and reliable internal development documents, control development and testing progress, and timely complete technical qualification and testing.
- Support sales team by introducing products and solutions on-site or online.
- Handle customer complaints, communicate with customers and relevant departments, and provide solutions.
- Cooperate with product managers to recommend appropriate project solutions/products and provide market and customer information.
- Coordinate with internal departments to complete product confirmation.
Job Requirements
